Spanish Omelette (Tortilla Espanola!)

Here's another easy tapas dish, just thin slice some waxy potatoes and onions and mince up some garlic, saute in a thin layer in an oven-safe frying pan until tender, add in eggs and milk (first whisked in separate bowl), some salt, pepper and paprika (I sometimes add a sharp cheese), bring to almost done on stovetop. Transfer to oven at 375 to finish, about five minutes. Flip over onto plate and serve in wedges.
