-Just crisp up a nice, crusty bread, add a hunk of machego cheese and top with a Balsamic glaze. Delish!
Balsamic glaze:
5 oz. good quality Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
Heat Balsamic in saucepan on low, add brown sugar and stir until dissolved, add in butter and stir until melted. Keep covered or on low heat until service.
